Expect a balance of challenge and calm, with moments to feel the burn and space to reset. Small props like bands, balls, and rings may be used to add variety and support.

What do I bring to class?
Yes, I can provide private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions tailored to individual needs. Please contact me for more information or to discuss your needs.
All you need to bring is yourself, some water and a positive mindset! You are welcome to bring your own mat, but everything is provided so you can fully relax into your session and enjoy every moment.
Mat classes are currently capped at 8 people to make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
All clients are asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to participating. If you have specific concerns relating to a health condition or an injury, it is recommended to seek medical advice before taking up a new form of exercise.
