Mixed Ability Mat Pilates

Rooted in the classical principles of Joseph Pilates and thoughtfully modernised to suit all levels, this welcoming mat-based class offers a flowing blend of strength, mobility and mindfulness.

You'll move through all planes of motion, enhancing posture, building core stability and improving mobility, all while creating a deeper mind-body connection. Each exercise is layered, offering options for beginners through to more experienced participants, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Expect a balance of challenge and calm, with moments to feel the burn and space to reset. Small props like bands, balls, and rings may be used to add variety and support.

Leave feeling stronger, taller, and more connected - in body and in mind.

Experience personalised Pilates designed entirely around your unique goals and needs. Whether you’re working on strength, mobility, posture, or rehabilitation, each session is tailored to support your progress.

With hands-on guidance, gentle correction and carefully planned progression, you’ll deepen your mind-body connection and move more confidently and efficiently.. Plus, we’ll create a clear, progressive plan so you can see and feel your progress over time.

Whether on your own or with a friend, these sessions provide a focused, supportive space to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance overall well-being.

Perfect for anyone seeking customised attention and a clear path to lasting results.
